It is fake Norwegian for “Listening Post”. The image is of a person in a hut on the island of Spitsbergen telling the same story several times in a different way with different sounds from outside.
All of it is my voice, with no processing, only canonic multitracking (up to 512 tracks).

As a composer I am a member of the Dutch music rights organization Buma/Stemra, so I cannot deal with Creative Commons. But the only person that could ever complain if you put this piece on the Internet would be me, and I certainly will not do that!
